This is a draft for a lawyer to review. It is plain-language, not legal advice, and may change.

Daftar.pro is software that shops use to keep their stock, sales, customer debts, wages and expenses. This page explains, in plain words, what is stored, who can see it, and where it is kept.
The shop is in charge of its own records
Each shop decides what it records about its items, customers and employees. Daftar.pro stores and protects that information for the shop, and uses it only to run the service.
If you are a customer or an employee of a shop and want to see, correct or ask about what it has recorded about you, contact the shop. It can see and change it, and we will help the shop if needed.
What is stored
- About the account: the email address, a scrambled version of the password (never the password itself), the business name, phone, address, the message printed on receipts, the logo, language and currency choices, the date of the last login and the date of the last backup.
- Recovery codes: only a scrambled version of each code is kept, so even we cannot read them.
- About the business: items with their quantities, costs, prices and barcodes, categories, warehouses, sales and receipts, purchases, expenses, cash entries, currencies and exchange rates, the tax rate, cost centers and the chart of accounts.
- About customers: the name, the phone number if the shop adds one, and what they owe and have paid.
- About employees: the name, phone, job title, start date, pay rate, notes, wages and advances.
- When something breaks on screen: the error message, the page it happened on (the address without anything after a question mark, so no search words or names), the type of browser, and which account it happened to. This is used only to find and fix problems.
- Your browser keeps your sign-in and your language and night-mode choices on your device.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and there is no advertising.
- We don't send messages to customers. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on the shop's own phone or computer with the text ready; the shop decides whether to press Send. Once the shop sends it, WhatsApp handles the message under its own rules.
- Scanning a barcode with the camera happens on your device. The pictures are not sent to us.
- We don't look at a shop's records except when the shop asks us to help with a problem, or when the law requires it.
Who can see what
- Each shop sees only its own information. One shop can never see another's.
- Each shop has one login. Anyone who knows the email and password sees everything in that account, so share it only with people you trust, and change the password if someone who knew it leaves.
- The person who runs Daftar.pro has an administrator page that lists accounts with their business name, email, join date, last login and counts (how many items, sales and employees). It never shows a shop's own sales, customers or prices.
- The people who run Daftar.pro can technically reach the database in order to maintain it. We do not use that to read shops' records, except as described above.
- Mistakes in sales, purchases, expenses, payments and wages are voided or undone rather than erased, so the history stays complete. Items can be deleted from the stock list, and customers and employees are archived; past sales keep their history.
Where it is kept and how it is protected
- The database is hosted by Neon, on Amazon Web Services, in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). The website itself runs on Vercel, with its servers also in Frankfurt; files such as images and scripts may be delivered from other locations close to the visitor.
- Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the database host encrypts the data where it is stored.
- To be told when something breaks, we use an email service (Resend) to send the developer a summary of error messages, page addresses and business names. It does not contain sales, customers or prices.
Backups and leaving
The shop can download all of its records as one file at any time from Settings. That file holds business information, customer names and phone numbers, so the shop must keep it safe. It does not include the logo image, the password or the recovery codes.
A shop that stops using Daftar.pro can take that file with it. To close an account and have its data removed from the service, email us; we will agree with the shop first on anything that must be kept by law.
Changes and contact
If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell account holders about important changes.
Questions about a record a shop keeps: ask the shop. Questions about Daftar.pro itself: email abdullah0dabbagh@gmail.com.
